Dr. Charles B. Peeples, MD
Charles B. Peeples is a board-certified internist with more than 40 years of experience serving patients throughout Monmouth County. He joined Family First Primary Care in Oakhurst following a distinguished career in private practice at Eatontown Medical, where he cared for generations of families in the community.
Dr. Peeples earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry, from New York University. He obtained his medical degree from New York Medical College and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Monmouth Medical Center.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and was previously board certified in Emergency Medicine. His professional background includes extensive experience in internal medicine, emergency medicine, and industrial medicine. He is also very experienced at treating opioid dependent individuals by prescribing buprenorphine.
Dr. Peeples has cared for generations of patients throughout the area since 1986. After many years in private practice, he has decided to continue serving patients within the collaborative and patient-centered environment at Family First Primary Care. He remains committed to providing comprehensive, thoughtful, and compassionate care to the community he has served for decades.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Peeples enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. He enjoys bowling and going to rock concerts.
