This was my first visit to family first urgent care. Been to other urgent care facilities in the past and this one was head and shoulders above all the rest. The facility is clean and bright, every member of the staff from the office personnel to the nurse and the physician were incredibly friendly and professional. I received thorough explanations and answers to all of my questions. This will definitely be my "go to" urgent care practice in the future.

Our experience was incredible. From the helpful and friendly front desk staff to the staff that performed the physical, we were so impressed. Excellent service from the front desk! My son was seen and needed antibiotics. His script was sent to a nearby pharmacy who was having 'technical' issues receiving and filling the script, and I needed to get his script filled before he left for a trip. I explained the dilemma to the front staff at Family First and they made sure to redirect the script to a different pharmacy, even though their office was officially closed.
